Please RESPECT restaurant guests and don't wander through the dining area, the entrance to the redemption is OFF OF THE STREET.

Visit during any of these times:

Staff will verify the stamps you’ve gathered, where you work, BRING ID, take your photo and provide you with your Privilege Pass on the spot. Your completed Passport will then be entered in the appropriate draws. Prize draws will be held on Monday, June 9 at 9:30am.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

This contest is conducted by the Vancouver Attractions Group and the Vancouver Hotel General Managers Association and is open to individuals who currently work for one of the 70 tourism industry partners involved in this program. Employment status will be verified prior to the distribution of prizes and individual privilege passes.

Industry Associates who get a minimum of 15 stamps (12 from participating Attractions) in their Passport between April 21 and May 31, 2008 earn the privilege pass. Which gives one full year of admissions, savings or bonuses, for the associate and a guest, to the participating attractions listed here plus continued discounts and offers from participating hotels. The privilege pass is valid from June 1 2008 – April 30, 2009.

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1 - Grand Prize Package (Approx. Value: $1,500.00)
5 - 25 something prize packages (Approx. Value: $500.00 - $1,000 each)
15 - 15 Does It prizes (Values from $50.00 - $200.00)

The Grand Prize draw will include all eligible Passports that contain 35 or more stamps, the second draw will include all Passports that have 25 or more qualified stamps, including those participants who did not win in the first draw. The third draw will include all passports that have 15 or more qualified stamps, including those participants who were eligible but did not win in the first or second draws

Note: All costs and expenses not specifically paid for as part of the prizes including without limitation - meals, gratuities, insurance, personal expenses, taxes and any transportation are the responsibility of the winners. There is no cash value to these prizes and they must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions or alterations will be made.

None of The Vancouver Attractions Group, the Vancouver Hotel General Managers Association, Tourism Vancouver, prize contributors or their respective agents or representatives shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to a prize awarded in this contest.

Each party that is eligible to win the prize must sign a declaration confirming understanding, compliance with, and acceptance of the contest rules, the prize, and a release of all liability satisfactory to Vancouver Hotel General Managers Association and the Vancouver Attractions Group. If any individual under the age of nineteen (19) years wins the grand prize or is the guest of the prize winner, the parents, legal guardian or other authorized legal representative of such person must also sign a consent and release of liability satisfactory to the Vancouver Attractions Group and the Vancouver Hotel General Managers Association.

Decisions of the judging panel are final with respect to all aspects of this.
