What is the validity period of these tickets?

Tickets in your Museum Pass are valid until December 31, 2022.  

How long do I have to use my tickets?

You can use your tickets any day or time that you wish through out the year.  Be sure to visit the individual attractions websites to find out what the temporary exhibits are currently showing or upcoming.  Also, please double check opening days and hours, many revise their hours seasonally. 

Please note these are for General Admission, if an exhibition is presented before Dec 31, 2022 that requires a supplemental charge this can be arranged at the individual attraction.  

How will I receive my tickets?


Individual tickets for each attraction will be sent to you via e-mail to the e mail address you provide, you can either print them or download them to your phone.  Simply present the voucher at Guest Services/Admissions at each attraction and they will scan them and provide admission.

Are there Museum Passes for students, seniors and children?

Yes there are ticket packages available for all of these age groups at reduced rates to reflect the admission prices at each of the attractions.  Student tickets are valid for youth between the ages of 13 - 18, or post secondary with student id.  Child ages 4 - 12.  

Can I transfer my tickets to others?

Yes, the ticket vouchers are fully transferable no names or identification are required when your ticket voucher is presented.  

Can I purchase tickets from Vancouver Attractions as a gift?

Absolutely, this is an ideal gift!!!  Just complete the booking process and then print the tickets for your friends and family.

Can I visit an attraction twice?

No. Each ticket voucher includes a unique bar code that once it is scanned or collected at the Attraction admission gate is no longer valid.

What methods of payment are accepted?
