How long do I have to use my tickets?

You can use your tickets any day or time that you wish.  There is no rush to complete everything within a day or two. Take your time, stay another day and explore at your own pace, but please make sure the attractions you have chosen are open during your visit.

What is the validity period of the pass?

Your ticket vouchers will not expire.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provide, you can either print them or download them to the device you will be bringing to Vancouver.

Are there savings for students, seniors and children?

Many of our attractions offer reduced rates for students, with valid student identification, seniors and children please check each Attraction you wish to visit. Age guidelines for children vary from attraction to attraction so please double check.

Can I transfer my tickets to others?

Yes, the ticket vouchers are fully transferable no names or identification are required when your ticket voucher is presented.  Each person in your party can pick and choose which attraction experiences they want to enjoy.

Can I purchase tickets from Vancouver Attractions as a gift?

Absolutely, just complete the booking process and then print the tickets for your friends and family.

Can I visit an attraction twice?

No. Each ticket voucher includes a unique bar code that once it is scanned or collected at the Attraction admission gate is no longer valid.
