What is the validity period of these tickets?

Tickets purchased here are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

How long do I have to use my tickets?

You can use your tickets any day or time that you wish.  Be sure to visit the individual attractions websites to double check opening days and hours, many revise their hours seasonally and a few still have some Covid capacity concerns.

How will I receive my tickets?

All of your tickets to all of the attractions you wish to visit are incorporated into one QR code.  It will be emailed to you immediately after payment is received.  You can print it or download to your phone.  The QR code is a one time use at each attraction, so everyone should be together when you arrive.

How does the savings work?

Savings will be applied to your cart when you book the same number of tickets for each attraction that you wish to visit. 

Example 1 - if your purchase includes 4 tickets to three attractions 25% savings will be applied to your entire purchase. 

Exampe 2: If your purchase includes 4 tickets to three attractions, and 2 tickets to a fourth attraction you will receive  30% on the first 2 tickets at all four attractions and 25% on the other two tickets at the remaining three attractions

Example 3: Your order includes 1 ticket to one attraction, 2 tickets to a second attraction and 4 tickets to a third attraction savings is applied as follows - 1 ticket to 3 attractions receives 25% savings,  1 more ticket from the other two attractions in your purchase receives  20% savings, while the last 2 tickets in your purchase do not receive any savings as they are not matched by a corresonding ticket. 

 Are there special rates for students, seniors and children?

Yes many of our attraction partners offer concession rates for different age groups and Student's with ID.  Please check each ticket to see what these guidelines are.  We do not offer family rates, please check individual attraction websites to see if their family ticket meets your needs.

Can I transfer my tickets to others?

Yes, your tickets are fully transferable no names or identification are required when your QR code  is presented.   So if some people in your party are keen on outdoor adventure and others are not everyone can be enjoy their perfect Vancouver experience and the whole group can enjoy the savings.  Share the QR but remember it can only be scanned once at each attraction so everyone has to go together when you are going to the same attraction.

Can I purchase tickets from Vancouver Attractions as a gift?

Absolutely, this is an ideal gift!!!  Just complete the booking process and then print the tickets for your friends and family.

Can I visit an attraction twice?

No. Each ticket voucher includes a unique QR code that once it is scanned or collected at the Attraction admission gate it is no longer valid.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay for your booking with the following credit cards -  VISA or MasterCard

Yes, our payment service providers ensure your data is fully encrypted before being processed.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds are available.
