In support of our community to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19, the Vancouver Attractions Group is working to create on site protocols that ensure the health and safety of our guests and our staff. Each attraction has a different range of guidelines and abilities to open and greet the public.
To ensure an enjoyable experience with limited disruption please respect the guidelines outlined by each attraction.
Many Attractions will require an additional step to book a timed visit, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY or you may have to experience a short delay before gaining admission as we all manage the physical distancing requirements. It is best to visit the individual attraction websites, listed here, for the most current Covid-19 protocols.
Britannia Mine Museum – Advanced ticketing and reservations are recommended as space on each tour is limited. Before or after the underground tour and BOOM! you can enjoy the lower site exhibits and gold pan at your leisure. Please call 1-800- 896-4044 ext. 226 to book a tour time. Vancouver Art Gallery – Walk in welcome, simply present your voucher for admissions, if the Gallery is currently at capacity a timed ticket for the next available time slot, or for an available time that is convenient for you and your party. www.vanartgallery.bc.ca
Museum of Vancouver – Access to our galleries are limited to selected times, however VanPass ticket holders are welcome to simply stop by and join our stand by line to gain admission or call ahead to see what’s the best time to visit, 604-736-4431. www.museumofvancouver.ca/mov-reopening
Vancouve Maritime Museum - To reduce the spread of COVID-19 we are limiting the number of visitors inside the museum and encouraging guests to purchase timed-entry tickets. To visit with a Vancouver Attractions voucher, present your voucher on arrival, and if the museum is at capacity you will be given the next available time slot. Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tours – Simply present your VanPass tickets at Guest Services, tours run every 30 minutes. Visit www.stanleypark.com for COVID-19 carriage protocols.
UBC Botanical Garden - Garden admission is on timed-entry basis. A special promo code and directions to book will be provided with the purchase of your VANPASS voucher at check out. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE INCURED, but you will need to pre-book your timed-entry tickets in advance. YOU MUST PRESENT BOTH YOUR TIMED-ENTRY TICKET FROM THE UBC BOTANICAL GARDEN AND YOUR VANPASS VOUCHER AT POINT OF ENTRY.
